Salary & Growth Plan
- Initial Phase (0-6 Months): High-incentive commission structure ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹70,000+ monthly based on targets.
- Stability Phase (Post 6 Months): Fixed Base Salary + Commissions. For example, a base of ₹50k with ₹70k commission leads to an annual earning of 12 to 15 LPA.
Note: We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate consistent results. The transition to a fixed base salary after 6 months is guaranteed for performers who align with our vision and deliver measurable growth.

Internship Structure
This is a performance-based role designed to filter and train top-tier talent for our core team.
- Initial Phase (4 Months): You will receive a daily stipend of ₹100 to ₹200 based on your daily tasks and engagement.
- Who can apply: Anyone with a deep understanding of social media trends and the zeal to grow. Dehradun candidates are preferred, but remote is fine.
- Role: Managing social media presence, engagement, and creative content strategy.
High-Reward Transition:
If your work is exceptional during the 4 months, you will be converted to a Full-Time Role with a salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (5 to 12 LPA).
